“I was initially hesitant to dine here due to a previous negative experience with Checkers as an adult. However, I must say that my recent visit completely changed my perspective!
When I took my first bite of the fries and burger, it was like being transported back to my childhood! The flavors were so reminiscent of the amazing taste that once motivated me to walk five miles from my grandmother’s house in Springfield, IL, just to enjoy a meal at Checkers/Rally’s.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the staff and especially the cooking team. Your hard work and dedication truly shine through in the food you serve. I had a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning for more!

“Took 2 of my daughters and my nephew to try some smoothies yesterday and it was amazing! We had a Nutella Bliss, 2 Island Oasis and a Cocoloco (as a smoothie)… they were delicious! The staff was polite, knowledgeable and very helpful answering all of our questions. Highly recommended!“

“I absolutely love Smoothie King. My favorites are the Banana Boat with Fiber and the PB Swizzle without PB substitute honey. Both are so delicious but I look forward to my Acai Bowl once a week. The staff here is always so nice and full of recommendations. The inside of the store looks like it opened yesterday and the bathrooms are very clean. I'm so glad we have one in the area.“

I called because I really didn’t know what to order. I just wanted something really high protein and I figured she wouldn’t have time to talk to me because it’s busy doing the holidays, but she took time to help me make a decision and actually save my order so that when I pulled up and say this is Regina, she said drive-through what I didn’t expect is for her to say this is on me, Regina. But that wasn’t it. What was it as I pulled the cup up when I drove off to take a sip to see if I could stomach it I saw you got this. We appreciate you and it started with my name. It was Regina. You’ve got this. We appreciate you with a smiley face. In today’s society, Customer Service is so rare people seem to be angry to serve, but Ally was freaking amazing and people could take lessons from her and learn how to serve people the way she did. I felt so special I had to leave a review🎉 It’s difficult to leave a review on the smoothie but being a smoothie user I always loved their smoothie but the smoothies today with the chemo taste like metal but it has nothing to do with the quality of that so It’s all around five stars“

Listen I ran across this place, and have absolutely NO regrets.

Atmosphere is great, and the music matches for sure.

Service has been attentive, drinks are filled and refills are asked for.

Food has gotten the highest rating so far at a SOLID EASY 8.5/10. Add this, and maybe a little bit of this taken off. it’s minuscule.

This place is a golden gem in the area. Great food, great service, great mixed drinks. Do I need to continue?! Stop reading and go now.

Our server was Francis she was 10/10 bartenders didn’t catch her name, but continue making all the drinks lol.

The care into everything is key. The ladies who run the place make sure everything is fresh and good to go. The nachos were stale but the cheese was creamy. Everything else was delicious. They offer seating area inside and it does have AC. Music is always playing and the place is always clean.

Kid-friendliness: My kid loves coming here, she points at her ice cream and they hand it to her. They are never mean to her. Afterwards she always goes and sits down to eat it. Noise is not an issue they don't care if your kid is laughing or crying they just want you to enjoy your snacks.“

“So I don’t usually complain about places. And I have no real complaints about this location. However, I’m here literally EVERY SINGLE DAY and get the same smoothie. Today I was told they can’t substitute anything for sugar like they have been for months and must charge me for each supplement. I don’t care about the money it’s the principle. Daily for months. And this is how the new management is caring for the customer. Thanks for listening. adding on... today I went in and now that won't sub ANYTHING for fruit. mind you I'm not getting the ingredient so I'm paying for nothing. a $7 smoothie is now $9 - anyway I walked out this morning and I'm pretty sure I heard a Don't come back. I'm so done. since they changed mgmt a few weeks ago it's going downhill.“

“Well I usually go through the drive-thru, but this time I decided to go in because I had my 7 year old grandson with me and I just like the experience that way. So the only issue that I have is that the lobby was not very clean, there was straw rappers on the floor. I know that's not the staff's fault but somebody really needs to check around in the lobby on a regular basis.
