Surprisingly, they have the best tiramisu ice-cream. I’m surely going to remember Helios for having the best tiramisu ice cream 🍨☺ I’ll make sure to come back & stop by when we come this way.

Highly recommend the pull donut - it’s so tasty! Certain items are super expensive e.g. 12.50 for the fruit pot and pricing isn’t clearly displayed so keep an eye on that to avoid shock at check out! Overall it’s well stocked with lots of snack options which is great to see.

Aurora Market is a convenient spot inside the Universal Grand Helios hotel for coffee and snacks. It opens early, at 6 am, and offers a wide variety of drinks and pastries. Popular items include the tall caffe latte with oat milk and no added sugar, the chai latte, and the matcha latte. The vegan croissants are flaky on the outside and soft on the inside, and the staff can warm them up. Non‑dairy milks are available for an extra $1, which helps guests with lactose intolerance. The gelato section features the Vegan Chocolate Crunch, whose crunch tastes like puffed rice with chocolate.
Pastries such as the lemon blueberry pastry and the strawberry pastry are described as awesome. The lemon blueberry pastry is a cake with blueberry filling and a thin layer of icing, while the strawberry pastry is about half jelly and half cake with icing around it. The donuts and double espresso are also popular, and there are mini sandwiches, other sweets, chips, and snack bags. The ice cream is absolutely delicious.
The staff are bright eyed, fast, professional, and exceptionally courteous. Prices are higher because it is a hotel location, but the convenience, variety, and views of the park make it worth visiting. The place is beautiful, and the service is friendly, making Aurora Market a favorite break point for guests staying in the hotel.
