“Buffalo Wild Wings is always a great place to grab a meal and catch a game. The atmosphere is fun, energetic, and perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The wings were cooked perfectly with plenty of sauce options to choose from, and the rest of the menu offered something for everyone. The restaurant was clean, the service was efficient, and the overall experience was enjoyable from start to finish. It's easy to see why Buffalo Wild Wings remains a favorite spot for great food and a great time. We'll definitely be back again soon!“

“So this is quite stupid. Last time I ordered I gave a poor review. You didn’t get anything right. I ordered again last night because I thought I’ll give you another shot. I love Buffalo Wild Wings when correct. So I ordered 20 bone in all flat wings again. With Buffalo dry rub. I said in my last review that it’s like people who cannot read are most likely making the food. They are also very skimpy when it comes to your dry rub season meaning only like five wings had season at all. The sauces were wrong. Yeah it sucked. Then last night same order 20 bone in all flats buffalo dry rub. Blue cheese to boot. And you sent me something I cannot even identify. I have no clue what sauce it was. The sauces are all wrong again. I’m going to call and report this to a human. At this point I’m convinced you all just make stuff up as you go. This is unacceptable. Who ever owns this place needs to figure out what is going on or this place will go out of business! I’ll definitely tell everyone. Do not go here if you know what’s good for you. These cooks suck and management does too…. So I called them talked to Holly the closing manager. She made it right. She sent me new wings. They were perfect. I also ordered through Door Dash as I cannot physically go pick up the order. She even sent them through Door Dash. They even tipped the driver for me. I am truly impressed with the resolution. This is where I say if you depend on digital resolution you should probably get the humans involved. I changed my review from 1 star to five! Thank you Holly, the BDubs brand is safe because of you. You sister are a rockstar! The love I feel from them is very nice. The wings are perfect!!!“

“After a horrible experience at the location on International Drive, the location across from Seaworld totally redeemed my opinion of BWW. We were quickly seated even though they were pretty busy, the service person was very nice and the food came quickly and tasted great!“

“Hostess, server Kamelya, and floor manager were all amazing and very attentive. Zero wait for a seat, we were told to pick a seat and the hostess promptly brought out menus. Kamelya made sure that everything I ordered aligned with my food allergy requests (dairy) and let me know if something did have dairy. The bar drinks were perfect. The sampler appetizer had the potential to be absolutely amazing, as the chicken strips and mozzarella sticks were awesome. The fried pickles and onion rings were clumped together respectively when they were fried so both appetizers were each a huge clumped mess of undercooked breading. I pointed it out to Kamelya, she offered to make it right with zero hesitation which was amazing, I opted not to have any more of the appetizer brought to the table, no ill will to anyone. Kamelya made sure to check on us, informed me beforehand of the time it takes to make my wings extra, extra crispy, brought out our entrees piping hot. The atmosphere was great, they have Touch Tunes so I was able to play a few of my favorite songs. Great service and great atmosphere!“
