The drive through has been closed a lot making it inconvenient for customers which we usually just leave; one location told us that they are only serving online orders; when ever we have to wait; food is not warm; they have good deals when ever we are able to get Thru. THE ONLY REASON I keep going is because a relative only wants fish.
Sharma was awesome she has such a great personality and loves her name and she takes Pride in her customer service position. She was a pleasure to speak with and be served by. She needs a promotion, whatever her status is she deserves so much more!

Poor guys. Place is getting several bad reviews for being closed early or opening late, but hours posted on the door are more limited than Google Maps is claiming (10am-8pm is also less than a typical BK in this area ??, but you can tell they are REALLY short-staffed. Help wanted signs everywhere...) I've tried at least three times to suggest an hours edit on Maps, but Google keeps rejecting it. I guess you better be there when GOOGLE SAYS you're open, not your manager ??
