The man at the register was rude and laughing at my friend and me, did not say a word to us and was speaking rudely about us in Spanish to his coworker (I speak Spanish) and passively said to the next person in line “next, my love!” Clearly trying to be loud and show that he was upset with us for some reason. It seemed like discrimination of some sort was taking place. It was upsetting and completely ruined our days. Horrible service and bad food!!
The lady working the register was rude, sarcastic, and should not be working in a customer service role. I asked for assistance with the card prompts because I did not see an option to bypass the tip. She responded arrogantly “everything is there, follow the prompts” turns out it was under “other”. So one star. Their drink and sandwich coolers are currently at 70°f man that's awful warm talking the location at terminal 56 not even busy today no excuse. A 6.00$ soda should at least be cold. Use ice if you have to
