Great ice cream, friendly staff, and plenty of mix-in options. Go-to after a long day with friends or family. Everything was fresh, delicious, and made exactly how I wanted. Definitely recommend!
Big portions, good prices and a great variety.
Denise is as sweet as the ice cream. This is the best ice cream I have ever had and I have visited several locations. Today my wife and I were serviced by Denise and she provided outstanding service. She smiled and joked with us the whole time. Brought me back to the old days when everyone in the store would sing if you tipped them. If your’re visiting Universal Studios you absolutely must have Cold Stone. And hopefully Denise will be there to put a smile on your face.
