“I came to Universal one day with an out of town friend. We lucked out, the park was decently empty, and we got on a lot of rides, didn't wait in too long of lines, and ended up with some time to kill. In that time, we were hungry and got some lunch. So we came to the Leaky Cauldron. Where else would a couple of wily Slytherins get a bite to eat?

So we got in line, looked at the menus, decided what to get, and got seated. The way this place gets people in and out in a hurry is actually pretty impressive. Hurried service, but the staff was all very nice. No issues.

As for the ambiance, well you're in a castle-esque structure. Towering ceilings, giant blocks as walls with pictures and posters hanging askew as the décor, old school looking tables and stools, it's all themed very well.

As for the food, I ordered the Beef, Lamb & Guinness Stew (Served in a warm, crusty bread bowl). I couldn't turn down a bead bowl. I never can. The stew itself tasted very good, and it's overflowing out of the bread bowl, feigning that there's a heap of food inside, but alas, there was not.

The bread bowl itself was certainly crusty, as advertised, but it was all crust, no soft. The stew did not readily get sopped by the bread bowl, which I thought was strange. But anyway, before I go down a rabbit hole, let's just leave it as this place was good. Would return.“

“we went to the Vegas location and how Gordon Ramsay can put his name to the crap this place serves up is beyond belief. the batter is way to thick and over cooked and the highlight should not be the Dijon mayonnaise that comes with the food. terrible food and a waste of $39“

“The gluten-free fish and chips are better than the original! I've had both and I prefer the gluten-free option. They have definitely figured out how to get the crispyness right.

“Had lunch here for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great from start to finish, and the food tasted delicious. I only tried fried chicken and yuca fries on this visit but will be back for some other entries and sides.“

“Going back on Saturday! Those cheese grits .... OMG! Our Food was hot, good, service was top tier and the prices were great for the amount of food you get. I went to the store for our wings and subs, then were informed by other customers to try the fish market also, we were very pleased. They offer pagers to alert you when the order is ready, so you can wait in the car. Glad we went around the corner for fish also! We tore that food down! Thanks so much! Prices were great!“

“I had the Ceviche Carretillero, which is a combination of Peruvian traditional fish Ceviche, and fried Fish. it was really good! and the food came out in a timely manner, which is an improvement from a previous visit. I will definitely come back to try more of their food!“
