Great Harry Potter atmosphere, but that’s where the magic ends. The food is cafeteria quality at premium restaurant prices, and portions are lacking. The staff aren't rude, but they're clearly overwhelmed, leading to transactional and robotic service. You are strictly paying for the novelty here.
Lovely atmosphere, very nice staff, and you get cute Harry Potter cups to take with you!
Had the kids portion of meat pie, absolutely spectacular. Wait was a little long at thirty minutes while the restaurant was empty but could not complain about the food. Excellent, if not a little pricey.

This British restaurant serves great theme park pub food. The Bangers & Mash and Fish & Chips were both great, arguably the best food at Universal Resorts. The Scotch Egg was on point, and the own tasty brews are recommended. The decor and atmosphere are spot on, and the service makes up for a lack of seasoning. Food can sometimes take a while, but it is a very busy restaurant. It smells amazing inside, like fresh fish. The food is great quality for a theme park meal. A must-visit for a proper meal in the park.
