“I rarely give a perfect review because most times something is lacking when it comes to food service. But I recently went to this Jersey Mikes location and had a great experience. The minute I walked in the door I was greeted with high energy and friendly hospitality. I wish I got the names of the two young men that were working but they were on point working as a team. They were extremely busy but even so they made the time to communicate with their customers. The guy making my sub first of all made it perfect but also handled three other orders at the same time in perfect time. Both guys work as a perfect team. Great job!“

“I'm bias i really enjoy a Jersey Mike's #9 sandwich on rosemary parm, but I've never left a review for one until now. I always layover through Orlando, and this is a must have coming and going from Puerto Rico. I am always greeted with the same smiling faces, you can tell when someone enjoys what they are doing and it shows.

“Such a cleanly restaurant, my order was taken very fast and was absolutely delicious. In addition to the amazing food and the quality of ingredients, the atmosphere was very light and happy, as I could see that the workers genuinely enjoyed interacting with customers. Also, I was treated with respect while ordering, and really felt that I could relate to these employees. They weren’t drowsy and shrugged me along, but we’re really interactive through the whole process. this location is the best location I visited so far.“

“I visited Jersey Mike’s recently with my two kids, and I have to say. Jay and Cari made the experience absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, they greeted us with genuine smiles and such great energy. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
What really stood out to me was how kind and attentive they were to my kids , engaging with them, making them laugh, and making sure their sandwiches were exactly how they wanted them. It’s rare these days to find that level of warmth and patience, and they both went above and beyond.
The service was 10/10, the food was fresh and delicious, and Jay and Cari made the whole visit feel special. It’s employees like them that make people want to keep coming back. They absolutely deserve recognition for the way they represent the Jersey Mike’s brand, friendly, professional, and full of positivity.
