This is my first time visiting Otto's high dive, and it was for a work meeting. We came into the place and were immediately greeted by the owner, who went over the menu, how everything works, and explained that it was more of a shared plates type of place. There was about 12 of us in our group, so we liked the idea of that! Best ropa vieja and espresso martini in town which is called Bustelo Biafra. We had a little bit of everything from the crudo ceviche, octopus, pernil, ribeye, and rice and beans and although everything tasted amazing, the ropa vieja was the standout for me. Super tender and very flavorful. Am dreaming of it and can't wait to go again just to get that.

For a Michelin star restaurant, the service was mediocre. We came at 9pm, but it didn't close until midnight. All the employees acted as though they were closing soon. Drinks were delicious.
