“Came in an hour before close with my girlfriend, and everyone was so nice and hardworking fr
Claraidy, I think her name was so nice and helpful, and so were the other workers, but I didnt catch their names (sorry If I even misspelled the one name I caught)“
“We were just here tonight for a take out order. Restaurant was clean and well kept. Currently the entrance is behind a construction fence, due to what appears to be parking lot maintenance and it was unclear, at first if the store was open- so clear signage could be an improvement.
The noodles were being made when I ordered and were reportedly some of the best my kids have ever had. Rice and orange chicken was also fresh and hot.
All that being said, the staff present tonight were the most memorable part of the experience. Kind, polite, informative and engaging with customers. I was impressed! We will return to this location.“
“The food here is consistent with other Panda Express locations, and for an airport, that’s a really good thing. The best thing though is that the prices are about the same as they are outside of the airport, with the 3 entrée plate under $13! That’s a good deal when you compare it to other airports where they want over $20 for a hamburger or $8 for a 2.5 oz bag of chips. So even if it’s not the greatest Chinese food there is, this is a great place for an airport meal.“
“Whoever was cooking on February 19th, 2025 at 7:49pm must be protected at all costs. The super greens are TENDER and easy to eat, rice is fluffy and cooked perfectly, steak is well done and seasoned just right. I’m so glad I chose the Panda tonight!“
“11/25/2024
The family wanted quick, close Chinese food so we ended up at Panda Express. For me it is mall food. It's fine, just so many places I'd rather go. The price is good, you get a fair amount for $9. The staff was friendly. I didn't think the orange or kung pow chicken was very spicy, I prefer the orange.“
“Quick service but make sure you ask for fresh and hot food otherwise you’ll get a cold plate. The orange chicken is delicious with noodles. Skip the rice. Try their new apple egg rolls. Good music playing and the sound of the kitchen staff cooking is actually nice.“
“Don't go for the servicarro because they serve you a little. On two occasions I ordered steak with broccoli and when I get home it's all broccoli. I don't go back for the servicarro. Now I get out to see what they make me. That's why I give it 4 stars in terms of service.“
“Good service, always a smile in the drive thru. Pretty good food, basic but flavorful. The servings seem to be getting smaller every time we visit however. This visit they were out of white rice (my fav matched with the orange chicken) but they snuck a couple of the apple pies into our bag to make up for it, much appreciated!“
“Amazing value for money located in a place designed to strip the $$$$ from your pocket!! Universal is loaded with food options but the majority are expensive and medium to low quality. At the Panda Express you also have Burger King that also offers value for money. We found coming out of the parks for lunch was far higher value for money than eating an overpriced burger in the main parks.“
“I personally had a new experience with someone named Paul. He gave me the impression of a good worker. In all honesty I used to have a bad experience with a female worker and didn't see her this time. Food was hot, done quickly and had a positive experience with all the workers smiling back.Me being a usual day to day customer normally smiling was not a thing, but looks like that's not an issue anymore.“
“I must say that I am truly grateful for the very personable customer service I received from DEREK tonight! He went way above & beyond in his attentiveness & kindness. There's so much to complain about in this world but it's very refreshing to know that there is still people who care for others. God bless you Derek & your future will be a success!“
“One of the best quality-price options for a day after the park. ideal to take to the hotel. Usually the line is long (it leaves the building) but fast and the most popular options (orange chicken) have very fast turnover. I recommend the doughs with cream cheese, 2 dollars for 3 units (much cheaper than other similar restaurants in the sector)
Vegetarian options: except for a couple of sautéed vegetables. the entire menu has meat. vegetarian options in snacks.
Parking: The only way to access it is by universal citywalk, so you have to park in the park.

“While the food and the service was good i don't agree with them taking my card inside the establishment (i was in the drive thru) to charge my tap to pay. They take your card inside and close the window as well. If you order here always check your account to make sure there's nothing fishy because they shouldn't be taking your card inside and close the window.“
