“Lady at the drive-thru charged me for a plate and one aditional protein, and missheard me so bad.
Thought I asked for chicken teriyaki, when I asked for Beijing beef and super greens.
I was charged for a plate, and I got a bowl.
Minor edit: I asked for chopsticks, and she even forgot that!
Be cautious, and state clear what you want in this unit.
Minor edit 2: I returned, stated my problem, and they got it fixed. I walk out with my plate. W manager“
