Panda Express in Orlando

“I made the mistake of sending my order to this location instead of a nearby location. I called the store and Karen was so helpful. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes until she was able to locate my order and resolve the issue. She was very friendly and professional.“

“I normally don't go for Fast food chinese. Panda Express is not teally my normal but I was hungry. Now as soon as I walked in the girl behind the counter Monica greeted me with a great smile and a welcome I was not expecting. I was already pleased with the smile but she went above by being patient with me and explaining what entrees were not spicy as I asked for the not spicy meats. I ordered 3 meats with white rice and lo-mein combo. She asked if I wanted to add an appetizer as I usually skip that section but today I chose the eggroll because she asked so nicely. When I moved to the next section to pay Adina the cashier was also very sweet and friendly. I got the watermelon refresher drink. My only complaint is that it only comes in one size which is not enough. However I have to give props to Monica and Adina for the great welcoming smiles and service. You guys made my night. I spoke to John the manager to tell him his staff is amazing. I'm sure he was expecting a complaint...😁 nope not from me.“

“The food here is consistent with other Panda Express locations, and for an airport, that’s a really good thing. The best thing though is that the prices are about the same as they are outside of the airport, with the 3 entrée plate under $13! That’s a good deal when you compare it to other airports where they want over $20 for a hamburger or $8 for a 2.5 oz bag of chips. So even if it’s not the greatest Chinese food there is, this is a great place for an airport meal.“

“Best Panda Express I've ever been to! Every food option was available and hot. The customer service was incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Would definitely recommend this location. I love the honey sesame chicken. My kids love the teriyaki and orange chicken. They have a drive through and indoor and outdoor seating.“

This is our third time coming in 3 weeks and they are welcoming, friendly,, professional, assertive and consistent when providing an excellent customer service.

The place is clean, the ambiance is tranquil and inviting, and the food is incredibly delicious. Someone please acknowledge this great team. Approved them some scholarship, give a well deserve promotion, offer monthly raffles of Pandas gift cards (GC) for employees along with other practical and convenience GC from other places etc.

“The food was good, but the line was so long ( it was out the door) that it was luke warm to cold by the time we got it. The staff was insufficient for the Friday evening crowd. I suggest they add staff so the food is ready faster and is actually hot. We and a number of other customers ate outside because it was so crowded. The tables were not cleaned and some of the few chairs there were broken. These issues are easy and inexpensive to prevent.“
