Panda Express in Orlando

“I made the mistake of sending my order to this location instead of a nearby location. I called the store and Karen was so helpful. She stayed on the phone with me for 15 minutes until she was able to locate my order and resolve the issue. She was very friendly and professional.“

“We love the orange chicken at Panda Express, also sampled the spring rolls this time. Everything was amazing as usual 😀. Theis restaurant was quick and efficient, we did ask for take out though and we were served on a tray so had to go back and ask for a bag, simple misheard possibly. All great.“

“This Panda Express has one of the best teams ever! They are always friendly, fast, and patient. The manager is always on the front line and constantly interacting with guests. The food is always fresh and readily available. For a fast food spot, it’s top notch!“

“Khalid is a wiz on the wok. I had the Super Greens, Broccoli Beef, Chicken & Green Beans and Orange Chicken. I was a personal chef for a number of years. Panda is one of my guilty pleasures. Everything was so on point that I couldn’t wait to finish my meal before paying my compliments and respect. It’s clear that he puts his heart and soul into preparing your menu. If Khalid is on the line you’re gonna have a 5 star Chinese Fast Food experience. (Assuming his cooking doesn’t sit too long under the warmers.)

“The food here is consistent with other Panda Express locations, and for an airport, that’s a really good thing. The best thing though is that the prices are about the same as they are outside of the airport, with the 3 entrée plate under $13! That’s a good deal when you compare it to other airports where they want over $20 for a hamburger or $8 for a 2.5 oz bag of chips. So even if it’s not the greatest Chinese food there is, this is a great place for an airport meal.“

“The service was good. Most of the time I go, I receive excellent service. However, sometimes I have to wait too long; today I waited 10 minutes for my order to arrive. The only problem was that the cashier was very slow. She could be a bit more efficient.“

Would definitely recommend this location. I love the honey sesame chicken. My kids love the teriyaki and orange chicken. They have a drive through and indoor and outdoor seating.“

“Amazing value for money located in a place designed to strip the $$$$ from your pocket!! Universal is loaded with food options but the majority are expensive and medium to low quality. At the Panda Express you also have Burger King that also offers value for money. We found coming out of the parks for lunch was far higher value for money than eating an overpriced burger in the main parks.“

“If you need a reason to love this particular Panda Express, it's going to be Terra and Xander. Terra is an absolute gem of an employee and deserves to be recognized for the hard work constantly put into keeping the store flowing. I constantly see Terra floating into multiple roles to help out. Xander has an attention to detail and willingness to help that stands above the rest.“

“New Manager Edz from Panda Express restaurant at the Millenia Mall area l, has an amazing staff with Erika, Lisa, and rest of tonight staff. This is our third time coming in 3 weeks and they are welcoming, friendly,, professional, assertive and consistent when providing an excellent customer service.

The place is clean, the ambiance is tranquil and inviting, and the food is incredibly delicious. Someone please acknowledge this great team. Approved them some scholarship, give a well deserve promotion, offer monthly raffles of Pandas gift cards (GC) for employees along with other practical and convenience GC from other places etc.

“Josh was in such a hurry that came out as rude. The restaurant was empty. He is the manager in lake Nona restaurant.
I never had a situation like this at this restaurant before.
Im desappointed that they chose someone rude like that to be the manager.“

“By far the best most efficient Panda I’ve been too in my entire life. The fried rice is always super fresh and we always get super lucky with fresh orange chicken. Zach always works extremely hard and is super nice. Super clean parking lot and well kept dining room. 5 starz“

“Panda Express at CityWalk is always busy, but the staff deserves more credit for the patience they show. Prisha, Calie, April, and Nesly were fantastic and very kind during my visit. It is easy to judge a staff member’s energy, but until you have worked a shift dealing with theme park crowds, you have no idea. These four are gems. I hope they get a chance to relax and recharge soon!“
