“The service here was great! The employees were so kind I saw them going out of their way to go to some people's tables and bring them food and other things they thought they may need. Teddy at the register offered us a sample of the refresher drinks and we ended up liking the watermelon better so we ordered one of those! Love their energy and vibes.“
“This is what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The food is good, the service is fast, the seating is adequate. I can't complain and this food hit the spot when I needed it.
Personally, I recommend the mushroom chicken, it's really good!“

“The food was good, but the line was so long ( it was out the door) that it was luke warm to cold by the time we got it. The staff was insufficient for the Friday evening crowd. I suggest they add staff so the food is ready faster and is actually hot. We and a number of other customers ate outside because it was so crowded. The tables were not cleaned and some of the few chairs there were broken. These issues are easy and inexpensive to prevent.“
“Culver is great. I came in with a bit of frustration and he was able to turn the experience around with his great customer service and patience. He is always providing an exceptional to everybody that walks through that door everytime I come in.“
“Restaurant was clean and well cared for. It was early in the lunch service so not many people buying and the line was missing a number of standard menu items. Staff was pleasant and the food as you expect at Panda. Our stop was in the middle of new hire interviews by accident“

“The food here is consistent with other Panda Express locations, and for an airport, that’s a really good thing. The best thing though is that the prices are about the same as they are outside of the airport, with the 3 entrée plate under $13! That’s a good deal when you compare it to other airports where they want over $20 for a hamburger or $8 for a 2.5 oz bag of chips. So even if it’s not the greatest Chinese food there is, this is a great place for an airport meal.“
“I’ve never been treated so well at a fast-food chain restaurant. Fabiana was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. She took the time to explain everything to me and made my first experience so easy and enjoyable. She is such a wonderful person! Great customer service like this is hard to find. The team here is doing an amazing job. Highly recommend!“
“Honestly, I don’t know why such bad reviews but this place is amazing and their chicken is so fresh and delicious and now they have hot honey chicken and it’s so good. My server was so nice and she gave me extra sauce. Honestly I love panda express thank you guys so much.“
“New Manager Edz from Panda Express restaurant at the Millenia Mall area l, has an amazing staff with Erika, Lisa, and rest of tonight staff. This is our third time coming in 3 weeks and they are welcoming, friendly,, professional, assertive and consistent when providing an excellent customer service.
The place is clean, the ambiance is tranquil and inviting, and the food is incredibly delicious. Someone please acknowledge this great team. Approved them some scholarship, give a well deserve promotion, offer monthly raffles of Pandas gift cards (GC) for employees along with other practical and convenience GC from other places etc.

“This was my first time at this location and Adrianna and Melissa were so nice and friendly! I hadn’t had panda in a while and they gave me their recommendations. The food was very fresh, they kept refilling items while we were there and we didn’t have to wait for anything.“

“We had such a great experience at Panda Express in CityWalk! The food was delicious, and even though the line was quite long, everything moved quickly. We were able to order and get our food much faster than we expected. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Universal Studios closes at 9 PM, and by the time we left the park, most restaurants were already closed or getting ready to close. We were tired and hungry after a long day, so we were honestly so happy to see Panda Express still open at CityWalk. It was exactly what we needed — a hot, delicious meal after a long day at the park!
Thank you to the whole team for staying open late and taking such good care of your customers. You really made the end of our day so much better. We truly appreciated it!“
“I have been to many panda express restaurants in Florida and other states. By far this is the best one. Portion of food is satisfying. The food is fresh and tasty. The fried rice is especially fluffy and delicious. The young staff are very friendly and very efficient. The new Cantonese bbq beef brushes look really good.
We will definitely return to this restaurant when we are in the area.“
