There is a young man named Nate running the first station He did a fantastic job ensuring everyone’s order was made correctly. In addition it seemed like less employees working on the line, but everything ran smoothly. Stations were clean, food was fresh and staff was courteous. Give these outstanding folks a raise. I have been coming to Panda Express #1874 since 2023, and from my very first visit, Makristine has consistently demonstrated a higher level of excellence that is incredibly rare to find. Every interaction with her is warm, welcoming, professional, and genuine. She has an amazing ability to make every guest feel like they’re the most important person in the restaurant.

Although I have been eating at Panda Express since the early 2000s, I had never even heard about the Panda Express app until Makristine introduced me to it. She didn’t simply tell me it existed—she personally helped me find it in the App Store, patiently walked me through downloading it, showed me how to use it, and made sure I was comfortable with it before I left. That kind of personalized customer service is almost unheard of today.

Over the years, Makristine has continually gone above and beyond in every interaction. Her product knowledge is exceptional, her recommendations are always thoughtful, and her patience, kindness, and professionalism never waver. She has a remarkable gift for wowing and delighting me every single time I visit. She doesn’t just provide great customer service—she creates memorable experiences that keep customers coming back.

In 2024, my family was unfortunately displaced after Hurricanes Helene and Milton, and we had to move about an hour and a half away from the Tampa area. Even today, despite having a Panda Express much closer to my home, I intentionally make the drive back to this location because I would rather be served by Makristine.
