Panda Express is a popular restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The food is generally praised as good and sometimes the best, with everything having flavor and the rice and noodles being on the spot. The customer service and management practices have room for improvement, though one reviewer had an exceptional experience with an employee named Calvin, who provided amazing customer service. Another reviewer commends the attentive and friendly staff, including the General Manager Annie, at a specific location. This location was also noted for being so clean and having friendly servers, making it a great place to get some Panda.
