“I went to this place on Friday; I liked the people in there ngl the service was 10/10 but what I didn't like was the drive thru, for some reason one guy was making some sounds that actually sounded like moanings, my children in the car were honestly kinda confused and i had to explain them what those sounds meant that situation made everyone in the car really unconfortable but its okay.“
“So, I will be honest, I stopped being a fan of Panera because the last couple times I got the grilled cheese the bread was so hard and greasy. It felt like the entire sandwich was all crust. (It wasn't this location.)
My daughter convinced me to give this location a try. I am so glad I did.
I ordered my fave combo, tomato soup and grilled cheese. They made that grilled cheese PERFECT. It was soft, not greasy and so delicious. Of course, the tomato soup is always good.
They had this drink: PASSION
PAPAYA ICED GREEN TEA and it was delicious.
It's always clean and comfortable in Panera. The staff is always friendly, nice and helpful.
I will definitely be back.“

“I must say I love the atmosphere that Panera gives, everyone is always so welcoming, the food is always top tier and the the vibe of every location just makes you want to stay awhile whether it being with friends or getting work done. This location probably knows my order by now as I come in every other week.
I will say that earlier I had the inconvenience of a customer completely throwing a tantrum and taking it out on the employees, I understand its frustrating to wait a little longer than expected for your food but some of us need to remember that they are people to who have feelings and no matter how rough your day is going you cannot take it out on the employee. As I came to write my review here I actually see that she wrote the upmost worst review, since she enjoys writing off other people’s names here’s hers “ Pricilla Vanderbook” I can see that you enjoy writing 1 star reviews. If you are so unhappy please for everyone’s sake and their jobs. Stop writing and stop trying to have others fired as we don’t know what’s going on in your life you certainly don’t know what’s going on in theirs be kind to others.
Once again I love Panera do try the Caesar salad I truly believe it’s excellent as well as their baked goods, you can come anytime of the day and their food is amazing. ?“

1) Limited Vegetarian options
2) wifi always seems to be very poor and inconsistent

“I really enjoy the service that I get from Kiaya, Twila, and the team at Panera Bread. They make me feel welcome, they attend to any needs that I have and sometimes go out of their way to help me with anything that I may need.
Sasha always makes sure that my table it clean and that all the table are clean, that the coffee is refreshed and hot. She even give encouraging words and take the time to ask if you had a good day. I really appreciate the service I've received over these past few weeks. Veronica always takes the time to ask my how my day is going and it just make you feel like people care.
I'm glad that I didn't let a few "immature people" stop me from coming to a place that provides me with excellent service, food, and a great atmosphere to do my freelance work.“

“This is my favorite Panera! I’m always here every morning greeted by the friendly staff and manager. It’s one of those places that starts your mornings on a positive note. Daniella is a great manager who is attentive to the customers and is a wonderful to her staff. You can see it in their eyes they enjoy working there. Good is always fresh and tastes delicious! Highly recommended if you’re in the UCF area.“
