Wait was ridiculous, they had two teens serving and they were unorganized and station was all dirty with toppings, ice cream freezer was kept open and the ice cream was soft. Selection was very limited. This place used to be one of the best perks in the park, hope management provide better training or move those kids to another part of the park.
This place needs a little more helpThe staff was so busy running away from the customers and "training" that it took forever...One young woman came from out back and got the line moving. We offered her a yip but she said they are not allowed to take them

Although the line is long. The ice-cream is soo good… The portion is generous but a bit pricey. My girls and I enjoyed the chocolate and the cookies and cream from this Edy’s Ice cream parlor. If you are at Seaworld During your vacation, I highly recommend Edy’s Ice Cream Parlor. They have several seating areas outside.
