I wanted to give a shoutout to marianelys! We had ordered a caprese sandwich and we had started walking away when I accidentally tripped and dropped it on the floor, she was very kind and talkative and even offered to make us a new one. It meant a lot to us and we just wanted to give her the recognition she deserves. She's an awesome team member and she made our day so much better. Keep it up!! :)
we ordered online, and we really wanted to sit down in a place with A/C because it was super hot and we have been at the parks since 9am. when we went to collect the food we realize there were no space to sit inside so we asked kindly the staff if we could sit inside and we could order something else so we don't just use the restaurant to sit. kindly the staff specially Omar helped us to get a table for us, his manager was so helpful as well, and Maria the waitress too. we loves...read full review
Best value on quality food at Universal. Sandwiches and salads were tasty, fresh and made with quality ingredients. Shaded seating on the water was nice.

San Francisco Pastry Company is a hidden gem known for its delicious food. The tuna salad is a great healthy option, perfect for beating the heat. The breakfast Bacon, Egg and Cheese croissant, caramel cheesecake, and key lime pie are must-tries. The caramel cheesecake is particularly delicious and reasonably priced, offering a nice change from the more expensive options nearby. Despite limited seating, outdoor tables provide a pleasant setting. The staff is friendly and accommodating, although service can be slow at times. The key lime pie stands out with its traditional look and great taste, and the hot chocolate is delicious. While the sandwich is good and the pop tart didn’t have much filling, some customers found the personnel's attitude to be less friendly. Overall, this spot is a good place for a tasty breakfast, dessert, or treat while exploring Universal.
