I don't want to be too hard on the service since one employee went above and beyond to correct the issue but before this employee had done so things were not looking good.
The wait for the food was long but understandable: it was the late night dinner rush (10pm) and this is one of the closest Taco Bells to Disney. That's fine. Best and easiest Taco Bell experience I’ve genuinely ever had. My order was perfectly made, the portions were larger than normal, and the staff were exceptionally kind and friendly. Got my order quickly and correctly. It wasn’t at all busy even at dinner time. And they offer indoor and outdoor seating.
We come to Orlando a few times a year and always end up hitting this Taco Bell at least once a trip. The employees are always the nicest fast food employees we've ever had the pleasure to interact with. We've never had an order wrong! Who ever is running this place, give them folks a raise and keep doing what you're doing.
