A first time Omakase experience for me. The restaurant was incredibly cozy and quiet. Beautiful interior and incredible service. Our server was very attentive and knowledgeable with the food being served. It's a multicourse course dining experience and by the end spent roughly 2 hours dining. This is more than a meal, it is a dining experience and an immersion in to Japanese hospitality. The staff from the moment you check in are ambassadors for their culture. They are well versed in their cuisine and the history of their country.
