Finally, a really lovely meal at Universal! 😂
We visited The Kitchen at the Hard Rock Hotel for dinner and sat outside as it was such a beautiful evening.

I have been here twice. Both times I had the Short Rib Bolognese. It is excellent. It appeared to me to be the best item on the menu. The other items were your typical Hotel Steakhouse entrees. It wasn't busy either time.
