“The food is great but because they have so many dishes that most people are not familiar with and have Japanese names, the restaurant should have the wait staff explain the menu or at least ask if the customer would like a run though of the menu. The staff were very nice if maybe a little inexperienced and did explain some of the more obscure dishes when asked. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 4 rather than 5 stars is for how dark the place is. I could not read the small print on the menu without my phone flashlight. Otherwise, the atmosphere is relaxed but upscale with a modern, clean aesthetic.“

“We came from visiting Disney Springs, wanted a really yummy Bloody Mary. Googled this place, drive was 28 minutes. The restaurant is in the middle of a neighborhood which is unique. Parking is on the street. We were even lucky to get two seats at the bar. The host told us 1.5 hour wait, it was Sunday about 11:30am. Being from out of town, that would have really sucked if we didn't get to sit and eat. The Bloody Mary was delicious. The crab cakes were the best I've had in a long time. Not super greasy, light and a bit of a crunch inside with the crab meat. Maybe onion, not sure. Loved the smoked salmon and avocado pita bites. The fried green tomatoes were alright. I didn't like the kale salad. The Chicken and palmento cheese sandwich was disappointing....the chicken was over cooked like the bacon, but we just added extra cheese to help eat it. I would come here again just for the drinks, and try something else if we are in Orlando again. Both bar tenders were very friendly and helpful. I would make reservations if you plan on coming.“

“We had a very nice stay at Cabana Bay. We chose to spend the first and last nights of our week-long trip here. Every single member of staff I encountered was friendly, helpful, patient, and very accommodating. Our rooms were very clean, spacious, and comfortable. My only complaint was navigation. Finding my way around that place was a nightmare. I had to stop and ask directions at every turn. I would stay here again as long as I could choose which building I stay in 😅“

“We went to lunch at the Leaky Cauldron on a Friday during our recent Universal trip. The wait to be seated was quite quick which was surprising during the lunch hour. The wait time for food was a bit long but that’s to be expected.
We ordered the bangers and mash and the “specialty chicken sandwich”
Both were good and good portion. The chicken sandwich was as quite large.
I do think that the park could do better/more with theming at this restaurant - lots of missed opportunities to make the experience really magical. Service was good though - my brother had an issue with his meal and it was resolved quickly and effectively. Not a bad lunch option if you’re on that side of the park but I would suggest going a little before or after the lunch hour.“

“Amazing is the only one word that comes to our minds. The restaurant itself is very modern looking but has that touch of Thai to make us feel at home. And the star of the show besides the great cooks was Pen! She was so awesome and sensor from her greeting at the door to her interactions with my two daughters. Who just thought she was so nice and Awesome. The appearance of the food was amazing when it arrived at our table and the taste was even more amazing. “It was our first time visiting for magical dining. We actually arrived an hour earlier than our scheduled reservation and they seated us immediately. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was superb! Katrina, our server provided detailed explanations of the menu and gave great recommendations. Even before we entered, Peter, the valet, welcomed us like we were old friends. He recommended Ana’s Cosmo, which was divine. The meal came in “waves” and each wave seemed interchangeable and complemented the previous one. We wanted for nothing the entire evening. Christopher, the general manager, was attentive and made us feel at home. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return—only next time we will book a room at the Wave Hotel and make it a proper staycation.“

“Arrived at Halloween Horror Nights and needed a little fuel in the tank to get started and they delivered! They have great soups and salads that will fill the void and are easy and quick eats and taste great. You can eat inside or outside but the seating is limited. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful with answering questions. Good job!“
