I wanted to love this restaurant! Tried the pineapple dog, coconut chicken salad, and regular Mac and cheese...all were just ok. My daughter got one of their long board pizzas and she seemed to like it. I think if I were to go back to volcano bay I would try the restaurant that serves the rice dishes. There are slim picking for vegans at Universal, and much of what you do find is over processed mock meat and carbs, but this little oasis had a fresh salad (Tropical Baby Greens) and a fruit salad that was tasty and fresh as well. Recommend if you are looking for a healthy vegan meal.

Pleasant service, quick food, the Pretzel hot dog looks and tastes great, very chewy, it’s a pretzel thing Europeans are still getting used to. The sausage in the standard foot long hot dog is a quarter of pretzel dog and almost the same size, huge disappointment for the price. The pizza is cooked well and tasty, the Mac and cheese has a chilli kick, very nice, and the fruit salad is a refreshing side. Overall, pretty good, not the best hot dog experience though.
