“Usually in Orlando you don’t get good customer service but we came at 12:30am before they closed, Ssylet and was so nice and helpful. She was so sweet to us and extremely helpful and considerate. “I swallowed 8 bones the last time I was here. I thought I ordered boneless, and the wings were just tough. I was wrong. My advice is to make sure your wings are boneless before you swallow them. Oddly I don't regret this, as it was the best meal I have had at Wingstop. If not for the very painful passing of the bones, I would be willing to try it again“

“I will be honest with you all... this was mostly a gift card with Uber eats. That being said. Everything was great! My only complaint is garlic parmesan is TERRIBLE in a sandwich, it's just a block of solid garlic paste with parmesan sprinkled on top. I recommend anything other flavor. Other than that, incredible! Only come here if you have a deal.“

“good food & clean at this location Paulet was very wonderful her customer service is top notch. The only thing I didn’t like was how the Haitian manager was speaking to paulet, creating a very awkward atmosphere for others . shes an older women & needs to be respected as such. The manger needs a training on respectful communication & customer service .“

“I stopped by the Wingstop at 5131 S John Young Pkwy and had an amazing experience! Kim took care of me and she was absolutely fantastic — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The food was fresh and delicious, but you have to ask Kim about the corn — trust me, it’s a must-try! Definitely coming back.“

“On October 4th the young lady that took my order was very nice and had a smile on her face. As a customer I appreciate the smile because it sets the tone for service. Now, whoever cooked the wings for my order I give them an A+ grade 😋. Usually when I ask for them to fry them crispy they don't get it right. “Everything hit the spot! We ordered lemon hot, original hot, and barbecue wings, all perfectly crispy and packed with flavor. The BBQ was especially saucy and delicious. We also tried the Cajun fries and Cajun corn, both of which were seasoned really well. I even completed their survey to score a free order next time. The staff made the experience even better, greeting us with big smiles and providing friendly service throughout. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location. It is the perfect place to satisfy a wing craving.“
