Wingstop in Orlando

“Visiting Orlando with my granddaughters. After leaving Kidiverse we stopped at WingStop. The waiter, which I cannot remember her name was top tier, very accommodating and super nice, and the restaurant and restroom was very clean. She even brought my food to the car, I’m thinking due to the fact that she noticed that I had small children with me. I hope that she is either a manager or in management training. My order was made to perfection and with love. Would definitely visit this wingstop again when in Orlando.“

“I swallowed 8 bones the last time I was here. I thought I ordered boneless, and the wings were just tough. I was wrong. My advice is to make sure your wings are boneless before you swallow them. Oddly I don't regret this, as it was the best meal I have had at Wingstop. If not for the very painful passing of the bones, I would be willing to try it again“

“I eat at Wingstop all the time. This is my same location but today I just had to write about one of the workers. Her name is Gabby. She was so sweet. She greeted me as soon as I came through the door, and everyone after that. Even if she was working on bagging an order. I watched her be so patient to everyone that came in no matter how busy they were she made sure every order was correct. I just wanted to take a moment and give her, her praises. She truly was amazing. if she is not a supervisor or manager already she definitely needs to be!!!“

“The food was awesome I was greeted by a lady named Amanda , Her service was excellent she showed alot of respect and kindness, I came with 6 kids she helped with high chairs with the 2 smallest ones food was on time and hot

“Usually my experience here is just OK. But today i stopped in at 5pm and Jordan greeted me very nice and so did the other young lady with black hair. They both helped me with my order and went above and beyond for Customer experience. I hope they have a great new years!“

“Ordered last night on Uber Eats and honestly didn’t expect much since they had to travel. The Wings ended up being the best we have had in Orlando. We tried, hot, Korean bbq, and honey bbq- all awesome. The fries were really good too even after the drive. Will definitely get it again“

“doordash cancelled my order Wednesday night. I talked to about 5 different people between doordash support, wingstop corporate, & the actual store. over the course of 2 days, & out of all those people a lovely woman named SLIM finally helped me out. I was out of $30 & I didn’t even get my food & everyone acted like they couldn’t help me. I have the order confirmation, confirmation that the transaction went through & took my money, & the order cancellation. I cannot say thank you enough to SLIM!!!!! for finally being the only person to help me out since Wednesday night. give her a raise!!!!!“

“I had a great customer experience because of Grace and Kelly. I may have said the wrong order for my daughters and got the wrong type of wing. Grace immediately assured me that it wasn’t going to be a problem. Went through the process and reordered in about 15 minutes time and I was back out of there a happy customer. My family and I eat here quite often. Thank you Grace and Kelly.“
