I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Kemah, Tx location today.
I ordered a 6-piece bone-in Hot Honey wings meal, and upon opening the container, I found that nearly half of the box was filled with grease. This made the food unappetizing and not up to the quality I have come to expect.
When I called the store to report the issue, I was offered only a 15% discount and repeatedly told that I should have brought the order back...read full review
