“The McDonald's on 100 n Nova Rd has the sweetest older lady who takes my order she does many jobs there, I stopped by today and no AC again this is a ongoing problem the poor woman was soaked in sweat and her face was pale I could see she was overheated and she was running orders outside. I took my drinks out of my carrier while waiting on my food and started to fan her she said that's so sweet but you don't have to do that, she said I know I want to I feel so bad for you. McDonald's your employees should not have to work in that kind of heat. Also I would not eat there because it was so hot in there. I like the restaurant always clean and front counter woman so sweet but they shouldn't have to work in those conditions.“
“Way To Go Audrey!!!!!
I was at McDonald's for about an hour tonight, and I was so impressed by one of your employees, Audrey. She was truly amazing! I watched her go above and beyond, running circles around everyone to keep things moving, even when it was clearly rush hour. What really stood out was her exceptional customer service – she handled a few frustrated guests (who had only waited a few minutes!) with such kindness and professionalism. She was just as warm and friendly with happy customers too. And once the rush was over, I saw her go around and high-five all the other workers, which just showed incredible team spirit. She deserves serious recognition; I really hope she's in a management role or being considered for one!“
“I hope he sees this. There was a young man working the register by the name of Michael today, Sunday the 29th around 6 PM.
Michael, you are the nicest, most caring McDonalds employee I have ever run into. You welcomed everyone that came in with a smile, were happy to be there and made me feel welcomed. You are a true asset to the company, and if I owned a business, I'd offer you a job on the spot.
I will drive past other McDonald's just to get back to this one, solely because of the way Michael treated me and the other guests. The world could use more like you young man, and thank you.“
