Wife called the restaurant to get the order corrected and she was told that Chow Mein is vegetables over rice. I guess Red Bowl doesn’t understand Chinese because “Mein” clearly means noodles. Likely an order for another customer than cancelled so they decided to dump it on us. Probably worth mentioning my wife is Chinese and her blood pressure shot up when told over the phone that it was rice not noodles.“
