“When I came in there was only one Girl working (Ginny) and I was the fourth in line. She did an amazing job getting everyone taken care of, not only in a timely manner, but also with an extremely friendly demeanor. When it was my turn, She greeted me with a smile and asked what she could get started for me. I wasn't sure, so she patiently took the time to help me make up my mind and then proceeded to make me the Best Signature Latte That I've ever had. She made sure that I didn't feel rushed or like an inconvenience as customers once again lined up behind me. Her Individualistic customer service skills were outstanding and I will be back soon!
