“Absolutely phenomenal food! An Iowa family visiting for vacation and was NOT disappointed! We tried the Al pastor taco, the shrimp taco, asada tacos, a classic all American, and a quesadilla… all were absolutely fantastic! The salsa… SO GOOD 👏🏻 Even though we’re only here for a few days we will definitely find ourself coming back before heading back home! The staff were extremely kind and helpful on answering questions as well! 10/10 highly recommend!! Thanks for a great experience!“

Both times she was so sweet I just wanted to say she's an awesome employee and I come here all the time .“

“I used my app to order. It stated a 5-12 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes to go get my food, when I got there I waited another 20 minutes for my order to be completed. They were very busy as usual, however, I felt like the online orders were not being given priority. Especially with the estimated completion time posted after my order. “Today was my 1st time at Culvers, I came to the one on Fruitville Rd in Sarasota, FL and I went to order on the drive thru, a young man greeted me and I told him this was my 1st time here and I didnt know what to order then he told me he could help me, I placed my order for a burger, fries and a drink. Went to pay and I saw the young man who took my order, Donovan was his name. I asked for a manager and I told him what a pleasant and great experience I had with Donovan. His customer service skills are phenomenal and management needed to know about it. We definitely need more people like Donovan to work in Customer Service.

“Probably the best WaWa that I've ever been to. I frequent this place so much I'm basically an NPC on premises at least x4 a week so you know this is real. This place gets lots of tourists and locals/commuters - and they are always on top of it. I remember this one time I was there a late Saturday evening and my order got taken. They were slammed but I saw one girl tap in somebody to take over the order she was working on and remake mine immediately- I wasn't even in a rush like that but she came through. Then just yesterday I was getting a frozen coffee, the kind lady making it ended up with some leftover, so my girl got a little free frozen coffee too. Cashiers are always holding it down too, they dont always have all registers open but this one dude with glasses is super chill even if there is a long line. Now let's talk outside the establishment. You usually have some dudes smoking a cigarette after riding in from a fishing spot on their ebike or construction guys on break. Pretty lite crowd everybody's hanging out no scary folk Anyways, thanks for reading this long WaWa review“

But I have to ding at least one star here because I was the only one in the shop and although I only ordered one sub, the person preparing my sandwich was also preparing three other sandwiches at the same time. I understand phone in and app orders need to be filled, but I believe a customer standing there waiting for their subs should be given at least some deference. I had somewhere to be, and this almost made me late.“

“Usually great service but our car was broke down so my wife and I rode our bikes and lobby was closed and they wouldn't take our order at the drive thru! Wasn't too pleased but understood due to their safety and I'm sure it is policy. They get 4 stars because they were friendly when they said that they couldn't serve us. Nice clean taco bell too“

“Picked up company at the airport and they were hungry. So, we went to the drive-thru at Culvers and got 4 butter burgers with the works, onion rings, French fries, iced teas and strawberry parfaits. The bill was over 50.00 so we also received a free pint of Culver's custard. Everything was great!“

“Excellent service, food, clean place .clean bathrooms. Clean everything. Food was super good. There new protein wrap for 3.99 I was really surprised on how much meat was in that wrap and how big it was. Just Awesome Really love that wrap. I really recommend you all run on down and try it now.“

They always make you feel valued as a customer, but the last visit really stood out they actually created a custom pizza just to make me happy. That level of care and attention is rare these days. “Wawa has always been my go to in a.m. for coffee ☕️ they make any speciality & self serve & the food is pretty good @ the grill. Not to shabby for a gas station/ convenient store. Out of all wawa is best by far [ plus their bathrooms are always clean) the one I go to always is. On honore& Clark. Gas is a lot lower than most.“

“McDonald's isnt what it used to be when I was young, but this particular store has made me a fan again.
I will usually stop in everyother weekend through their drive through (my occasional guilty pleasure). A couple of weeks ago, as I was being handed my food through the pickup window, I'd asked the young man if he were the Manager (he was dressed for the part) and when he replied that he was, I gave him a very extended compliment on how impressed I've been, every time I came through. The food quality was much better than others in town. I specifically mentioned this to him, and explained that there was another location one mile from my house, and I will always go two miles out of my way to this one.

The difference is obvious. This Manager is not only good at his job, but he is obviously doing his job very well. From the final package (the food) back to entering the drive thru, to the crew members, with politness and even being attentive.
Sorry that I dont remember the mangers name, but if he is reading this, he'll remember this breif conversation we had 😉“

My daughter is very picky, but has some how come to love the club sub from Jersey Mikes and refuses to get a sandwich from anywhere else. In particular she loves this location. Generally, every store we visit provides a great food experience, but there is something or should I say someone this location has, that others don’t. This gentleman’s name is Todd. Todd provides exemplary service. He recognizes my daughter and to a T remembers her exact order, and even got her to try a different bread. If this man doesn’t run this store he SHOULD. I cannot say enough positive words about what I experienced as I watched him interact with our whole family. Thank you Todd, for going above and beyond. Thank you for being a shining example of what it means to make a difference in somebodies day.“
