How does a customer find a 'manager' to report any game problems? I've been here several times since my original post below, and the ability to report game problems is still a problem.

There were several pinball problems that I emailed to the contact on their Web page, but got no response. Months later the problems were still there. I'm thinking about creating a crowd-sourced database of game problems.

Been here plenty of times because the boutique bowling is a fun time, more accessible to younger kids, and is cheaper than renting shoes for the day for every family member. They tend to run specials throughout the week and the pizza, food, and drinks are good.
Wow wow wow , regardless that they were short hand on employees but jesus the way Amber A moved and controlled not only the bar but reserved party of like 30 plus people and then having to run back to the bar and still make everyone feel special with not making everybody wait a long time . If this company doesn't give amber a raise to always keep her then they well lose my business and everyone I bring there.
