It was 8.50 when I ordered my meal, I ordered online the "Fill Up Box". The food was 30 minutes late coming out and to my surprise when I opened my food it contained 0 biscuits, and the smallest chicken drum and wing I have ever seen and it also tasted and smelled like it had sat out for hours. I’m not sure if this or Popeyes is worse. It’s a guess if they have food available when you order or come in. You see the same pattern in these negative reviews. Bad customer service and they don’t like to make food past a certain time. The franchise owner must be responsible for enabling and creating such a badly run store. If you’re worried about food waste, you’re losing more money from lost sales and a bad community reputation.
