“With all the anticipation and wait for he upgrades. It's really not much better. Service is feeling differently (those folks are always rushing around, busy), smaller food portions (the pricing, my gosh! New-Normal) and friendliness are unfortunately slipping and have been at this location.

It's still the best fast food chain in Pace and still great overall. -1 star for the slippage, but I'll still visit on occasion!“

“I rarely go to KFC, the food is always inconsistent but this time is fairly good. It just getting too pricey to go there anymore for my taste. I know it takes a lot to run a restaurant and the cost are sometimes over the top but I do have limits on how much I wish to spend on take out food with poor service“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️When I moved to Florida Foosackleys became my favorite place because they ALWAYS SERVE FRESH FOOD!! This highlights how well the business is being managed as SO many other fast food places give out old food ALL the time & don’t seem to be held accountable by management but at foosackleys the team is well managed and ALWAYS friendly. I have been here countless times and NEVER gotten anything less than scorching fresh out of the fryer food AND friendly service. You will NEVER deal with a rude worker or a worker that’s not friendly. THAT SAYS VOLUMES ABOUT THE MANAGEMENT & I seriously commend them. THANK YOU for always giving great service & giving Pensacola a reliable place to get fresh food that is delicious & juicy & affordable!

‼️TIP/PROBLEM:‼️ One thing I did want to bring aware to the company is 2 small issues I have with the Togo containers, their food is so hot that when you get it to go & drive home, by the time you get there the foam boxes are literally partly melted on the roof of the box so I believe they could use different containers. ALSO (and more importantly) the little paper things that go on the bottom of the foam container that has their logo written in purple ends up coming off ONTO THE CHICKEN which is not good. I have had it happen the last 3 times I’ve came & found my chicken was purple on one side & was utterly confused until I realized it was the paper with the purple writing that came off onto the food. I find this to be the most concerning problem & was hoping this would make the company aware so it could be addressed.

“Stopped by and got tostones, a combo meal for 4 which included a whole chicken and 4 large sides. We got the pico, black beans, yucca, and plantains. The service was very fast and food was great. Everything was approved by our 13 month old— I couldn’t get him more chicken fast enough 🤣.“

“I've had Zaxbys, I've had Raisin Canes, and yet nothing beats foosackly's. The fries are crispy and hot, the chicken was perfectly fried and seasoned, and the toast? I couldn't ask for a better piece of toast. If they ever come to South Carolina, they will absolutely beat out any other chicken place!“

“I recommend trying the food as it was very good. However, I will say I was disappointed in a couple things. 1. The fries were tasty, but 90% of them were cut very short (1-inch or less). Again, they were good, but I was definitely disappointed that I had a tray full of tiny little pieces. 2. The store was clearly not cleaned from the night before. I was the first customer at 11:04 and the doors had greasy hand prints, the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and the food disposal area had dried sauce and grease everywhere. I understand as the day goes on, things get messy, but it shouldn’t be in disarray 4 minutes after opening. One more thing to note is the drink machine was broken, but I still got charges for a combo and had to get a water.“

“So I've been here many times. And never have a had such good experience since a few months ago. There is a woman who works there young lady named kalishia , I'm sure I didn't spell her name right. But when I say she is truly an asset to the company. She is the sweetest customer service worker I've met in a long time. She helped me with my order once and then helped me save some money so of course I came back the same week . Ill choose to spend a little extra money just for customer service like that. “Staff was super friendly as always, we got the 100th customer celebration for my daughter and a free half dozen of chocolate chip cookies! The interior was super clean and had an elderly gentleman constantly walking through to clean and offer to refill drinks if needed. Overall great experience.
