“Excellent dining experience, made possible by Alyssa, she was very attentive ,and efficient. Manager Becca. stopped to chat, took notice of our dinner, quickly pointed out her disappointment in the quality of the steak I was provided, (too much fat). I was fine with it, no problem on my part. She was not pleased with quality and made adjustment to the bill and offered heart felt apology. Fantastic attitude and surprise. Thanks“

“My Family Visited Texas Roadhouse while on vacation, we went out on our last night in Florida also for one of my daughter’s Birthday. We are a family of 7 and we were welcomed , seated, had our orders taken and served our food without any issues, the staff was amazing, so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was alive the other guests seemed to be having as much fun as we were. Being a family of 7 We aren’t very quiet and we both talked and laughed loud! But we seemed to go unnoticed. When it came time for the bill to be delivered they surprised our 17 year old with A Birthday surprise, brownie and a song. She was a good sport probably the highlight of her night. Thanks for the great experience on our final day of vacation. From the big loud family from New Brunswick Canada“
