This particular visit must have been a fluke. There are three general dishes I would get, but all three were out or very low. Tried something new and it was ok but won't do that one again.Usually very good but in this case 3 main dishes were not prepared and they said they could cook it but it was that it would be "a wait".Not something I hold as a bad experience - just surprising.Will go there again.
I used the Panda Express website to order my food. A text message was sent to me that my order was ready for pick up. When I got to the restaurant, it was difficult for the employee to find my order. The food wasn't as flavorful as I'm used to and was only barely warm. My family and I have been going to this Panda Express for years because I love the food. So this was a very disappointing experience.

The cashier couldn't get my BOGO to work so she said to swipe my card. It charged me for both. But she was very nice and gave me a free one. I love their mixed veggies. The staff is always friendly and they have the best walnut shrimp.
