Stopped to grab something quick to eat in my car. Service was great and fast.
But then I was served this?? Was supposed to be an old favorite but this is just dry crumbs with none of the usual sandwich ingredients. I want my money back. 😩
I haven’t been to Arby’s in a while
just got the turkey ranch club sandwich from there and it’s really good but the guy at the drive-through window was super nice and friendly and actually kind of made my day!!
So I have to say Thanks to the guy with the dreads his name may have been Marx (?) working the drive-through for the extra special customer service!!!

Yesterday I went to Arby's to order dinner for my husband. When I drove up there were cones blocking off the drive thru. I pulled into a parking spot and attempted to go into the restaurant. All of the doors were locked. Confused since it was 3 hours before they were supposed to be closed I walked around to the other side of the building where I saw 4 employees sitting on a bench right next to the front door.
