If I could give this 0 stars I would. The customer service is awful. After already paying, I went to get my drink and one of them was out. There was none left so I politely asked the staff to please assist me and every single one of them looked at me like a chicken with my head cut off and responded with the exact words “I don’t know”. Worst chipotle in Town. They Can’t conceive out how accept cash or figure out how to take an order in person? App only? It feels like this franchise owner has a vendetta against the executive office of chipotle. Good luck in America.

Once again, arriving at the Alton Chipotle at 10:40pm to locked doors.It clearly says it closes at 11 :00pm on the doors. Google says 11:00pm and the 1-800 number says 11:00pm. this is a consistent issue with this location where they do not honor the Time posted of which they will be open. Also, they are definitely not the cleanest location in terms of how the food is handled and or displayed..Annoying when you have a business that doesn’t honor it’s hours.
