On our latest visit there (3/16/25) the place was almost full at 4:30. Then a party of 16 came in. Yes, they were a bit loud but they were enjoying themselves. Kylar, our waiter, did an EXCELLENT job serving our area of the dining room - always with a smile on his face and showing a great deal of patience and professionalism. I just happened to be reading reviews today online and saw this was rated 4.8 stars, so I gave it a try and was blown away by the pizza. The toppings, sauce, cheese, and crust were all out of this world. To top it off, our waitress (Gayelene), was just the icing on top of the cake. The atmosphere is so adorable and very clean! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by who I am assuming was the owner. He was busy prepping food but still asked me what I would like . The woman who cashed me out was so sweet as well we chatted for a bit about me moving and the area and some other things.

The pizza was so delicious and the crust was amazing! 🤩 I definitely enjoyed the food and the service was exceptional. I used to work in a pizzeria for 6 years so I know sometimes it can be hectic even though they weren’t super busy they still took the time to converse with me and ensure I was taken care of. They made me feel so welcome from the moment I walked in. I really appreciated the positive interaction as I am moving to this area and that can be nerve wracking and I was super anxious about finding new places and how people would be here on the east coast. Kindness goes a long way and I’m so happy to have found my new pizza spot!!!! ❤️“

“If you have not had the absolute pleasure of trying D’Angelos pizza, please do yourself a favor and order them ASAP.

The pizza is the perfect combination of sauce, melty cheese, and dough. The ultimate NY slice ( don’t come for me this is what I’ve read about NY pizza lol )

Make sure you also order the garlic rolls too. I am in heaven and already thinking about my next slice 😂

“We had dinner at The Black Marlin tonight. We started with escargot and fried calamari. Hands down the best calamari in the area! So tender with a light batter cooked to perfection. Entrees included one of the specials, a chicken entree, grouper, and a pasta dish. All were served hot and nicely presented. Sure to become a new favorite we can't wait to return!“
