We were waiting for my phone at AT&T to transfer so we took a walk to this little restaurant in the very same plaza. We were seated immediately, service was immediate, our server was amazing, the food, the atmosphere, this restaurant is the entire package for us. If you want to have margaritas you can go on Fridays because they are $.99 but I don't generalize, it could be the time I was the one where the service was terrible. Clean bathrooms. Dine on a very good Ropa Vieja Cuban dish.

A just okay pan-Latin eatery with a focus on Mexican and some Caribbean food. Basic, decent food if a little bland. We both had Mexican dishes, perhaps their Cuban and Puerto Rican food is better? The servers were consistently attentive and friendly.
