Health Food Restaurants near Palmetto Bay, FL

“This is my local chicken kitchen and I’ve been coming here for 8+ years. I had a lot of friends try the original steak chop chop when it was released and gave me great reviews. I went to the store today to try it and I asked for a sample and I’ve never tasted anything as horrible as that piece of steak. I don’t know what they did, but they need to revert back to that other than that the store is amazing especially the staff“

“Delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. Pricey, but yummy.“

“The food is delicious and the vibes are great, but our favorite activity used to be going to the mall for ice cream, and now we go to Pura Vida for their yoghurt parfait cups instead. Those things are out of this world good! Yoghurt never used to blow my mind, but these things are better than ice cream!“

“they have a location on Tampa General Hospital and the food is so good ! Always fresh and enough for two meals. The lady who is there is so sweet and always friendly. Five stars !“

“Pura Vida is one of my favorite breakfast/lunch spots because the food is always fresh and tastes amazing. I just graduated from UM and during my time as a student I loved meeting my friends at this location in the middle of campus! The servers are friendly and service is usually pretty quick. The space is a little smaller than their other locations, so I will say the tables fill up pretty quickly during the week, but it's still a super cute atmosphere to do work/catch up with friends at. Also prices aren't cheap, but the quality of the drinks/food is very good. The menu is smaller at this location too, but still has all the essentials. Definitely recommend this location if you're a UM student/faculty member, or just someone who wants to see campus while getting some PV :)“

“Always consistent with great food and juices! And even better service! We love raw south juice co!“

“The staff at this location coupled with their managers specifically Natalie never let me down. I'm there almost on a daily basis and I am always in a rush. Time and again they execute fast efficient service with a smile. Any issues I've had have been resolved immediately! A million thanks!“

“Great healthy dining and friendly service. Every time we go we discover a new favorite appetizer, entree or sandwich.“

“Dumbbell Fitness / Dumbbell Bar Nutrition is the perfect combo spot for anyone serious about health and wellness!

The gym is well-equipped, super clean, and has a motivating atmosphere that makes every workout feel worth it. The trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help with form, routines, or a quick push of encouragement. It’s a great place whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or already experienced.

Right after training, the Dumbbell Bar Nutrition is a game-changer. They have a variety of protein shakes, energizing teas, and recovery drinks that taste amazing and keep you fueled. It’s super convenient to have healthy options right there, so you can leave your workout already feeling recovered and refreshed.

I love the balance between training hard and being able to nourish my body right after. Definitely a one-stop shop for fitness lovers in the area! 💪🥤“

“My husband and I were in the mood for acai. We found this place very close to our house. Christian attended to us when we arrive. He recommended the Ultimate acai which was AMAZING. My husband got the ya tu sabes bowl. The acai here is creamy and delicious . You can tell it isn't mixed with additives. Toppings were fresh even at 830pm. We were happy we went there for a healthy light dinner. They have many other healthy options including protein packed flatbreads. We will be going back to try those out. We highly recommend the Smoothie Squad. Ask for Christian“

The service is always great, but wanted to give a special shoutout to Kata today. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and just made the whole experience that much better.

Great food, great people, and consistently a great experience. If you’re in Coconut Grove and looking for a healthy lunch spot, definitely check them out. Highly recommend!“

“This is by far the best Carrot Express I have visited. The attention to detail and customer service are exceptional. Manuel, the manager, provided outstanding service when I accidentally ordered a dish with the wrong ingredients. He was incredibly kind and replaced it at no extra cost.
The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and genuinely customer focused. Experiences like this create loyal customers, and I will definitely keep coming back.

Thank you, Manuel, and your excellent team!“

“Chicken Kitchen: A culinary experience that takes the taste of chicken to another level, it is, without a doubt, one of those places that exceed all expectations from the first moment you walk through the door. If you're looking for a dining experience that combines the convenience of fast food with the quality of a gourmet restaurant, Chicken Kitchen is the perfect place.
Atmosphere and Service:
The first thing you notice when you enter is the cozy and modern atmosphere. The design of the establishment is elegant and contemporary, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal, whether alone, with friends or family. The tables are always clean, and the layout of the place allows you to feel comfortable while you enjoy your food despite being a shared establishment. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a smile and made to feel at home. Customer service is impeccable: they are quick to take your order and the service is agile, but without sacrificing quality. If you have any questions about the menu, they are more than willing to help you and make recommendations based on your personal tastes.
Meal:
Moving on to the most important thing: the food, Chicken Kitchen specializes in offering chicken in a variety of forms (Grilled Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken), and they do it exceptionally well. Each dish is carefully prepared, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The chicken, which is the star of the menu, is cooked to perfection: juicy inside and with a crispy skin that adds the perfect texture to each bite. The menu is diverse, allowing diners to choose from a wide range of options. From classic grilled chicken to innovative wraps, bowls and cheesecakes, there is something for everyone's tastes. Each dish is perfectly seasoned, with a balance of flavors that demonstrates the kitchen team's dedication to offering a superior culinary experience. Sides, such as fresh salads, rice, and beans, complement the chicken perfectly, making every meal satisfying and delicious.
Special mention deserves the Pollo al Grill, which is simply spectacular. Plus, the portions are generous, ensuring you never leave hungry.
Value for money:
Price-wise, Chicken Kitchen offers excellent value for money. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the ingredients and the dedication that goes into preparing each dish. It's the kind of place where you feel like you're getting a lot more than you pay for, which is always a plus. As a final experience since I don't want to sound boring Chicken Kitchen is not just a place to eat chicken, it is a gastronomic destination that offers a complete culinary experience. With a cozy atmosphere, exceptional service and, above all, delicious food, this restaurant has earned a special place in the hearts of its customers. Whether you're looking for a quick but delicious meal or want to enjoy a leisurely and satisfying dinner, Chicken Kitchen is the perfect choice. I will definitely return again and again, and I unreservedly recommend it to anyone who loves good food. You can't miss it! From now on my favorite place is this location and I hope this review helps you reach the same goal as me!?????“
