“I had a coupon to try Jersey Mike's Subs for free so I came here expecting to be treated differently since after all, I wasn't paying for my meal. I feel like typically when you bring a coupon to a store for a free meal they treat you a bit different but that was not the case here! When I walked through the door I was instantly greeted by an employee. I showed him the coupon I had and he recognized it and explained to me what it included. He helped me pick out what bread I wanted and sub type. I went with the Rosemary Parm bread and for my sub type I believe I got the Jersey Shore's Favorite. Since I've never been here I didn't know they slice the meat right in front of you, fresh! That was such a pleasant surprise. A step above from subway, I really liked that. After the gentleman sliced the meat, another employee came to help me with the toppings I wanted. I will say the toppings here are more limited than a subway but I think it makes it simple and classic. They cut the sub and wrapped it up for me and put napkins in the bag. I enjoyed the sub and how fresh everything tasted. I stayed full for a long time after! I will also say the location was really clean. All in all I enjoyed my first experience at Jersey Mike's, especially this location. I had such a pleasant experience, thank you to the staff who helped me out! I will certainly be back!“

“Great subs at this place! A small hole in the wall with the first location in Kendall I believe? I had the honey mustard chicken sub. What I love about it is the honey mustard sauce is applied on the grill so it's nice and hot and really mixed in with the chicken and cheese. Great soft roll. The people working there were quick and efficient!“
“In terms of flavor, this particular store never disappoints on food quality, even though your sandwich will never ever look like the ones in the commercials/advertising. The picture shown in my post was of a six inch rotisserie style chicken sub... doesn't it look like the ones in the advertising? ? But I tell you, the garlic aioli sauce goes well with the chicken sub.Excellent customer service, despite only having two employees behind the counter on weekend afternoons.They have refurbished the store recently, particularly the seating area.Parking: Plenty of parking on weekend afternoons.“

The sandwiches were ready fast and Sharon behind the counter was incredibly helpful. “We had a good experience at this location around lunchtime on a Sunday. We arrived and got in line as there were a couple of customers ahead of us. There was only one employee working the counter...both building sandwiches as well as cashing people out.When it was our turn, we placed our take-out orders. The employee was friendly and professional, and our sandwiches were made perfectly! Since there were five people in our party, she put different colored tabs on our sandwiches so we could tell which one was which, without having to unwrap it. When we got home to eat, the subs were flavorful.Overall, this is a good location. The parking lot is easy to navigate, the store is clean, the menu boards are easy to read, and the employee who helped us was great. The only issue was that there was only one person working, which led to a bit of a wait.“

I've ordered online 3 times now and I can easily say that they are consistently good and have not disappointed.
