Based on the reviews, Margaritaville offers a mixed experience. The food is described as great, absolutely amazing, and decent, though some felt it was not the best for the price. A specific meal mentioned is the cajun seafood pasta, but one guest was charged extra for a chicken substitution. The perfect margarita was noted as not good at all. The service is inconsistent. Some guests had an awful experience with a server who was not attentive, made them feel bothersome, and did not ask about splitting the check. However, other guests highlight excellent service. Servers Denafay and Shelby are mentioned as amazing, fantastic, and knowledgeable. Denafay provided excellent recommendations and was attentive and friendly. Shelby was kind and accommodating, especially to guests dining with their dogs in the outdoor area. The atmosphere includes live music and balloon art to keep kids entertained. Overall, the restaurant can provide great food and wonderful service, but experiences vary significantly.
