I went there with my family for breakfast. An employee there (an older gentleman) was placing cookies on the rack/display with his bare hands while sweating at the same time. It was not very appealing that early in the morning, and I think it would have been better if rubber gloves were used.
Nice store and kind people.
Stopped in for lunch today - very happy with the food as usual, and pleasantly surprised with the friendly cashier, Albert. He was chatting up the customers and genuinely appeared to enjoy his job. 10/10 will visit again when we are in the area.

Panera Bread offers a mix of experiences. One location is described as a nice and cozy spot to dine inside or on the patio/outside area. The food choices along with desserts and all the options and combinations are great for both the pickiest and/or the simplest eaters. The staff are a great fit, providing great attentive service. The food quality, portion size, and reasonable prices make it a great choice for breakfast, lunch and/or etc. A lunch visit brought very happy feelings with the food as usual and a friendly cashier who genuinely appeared to enjoy his job. Another recent experience was incredible, with a kind and patient cashier, an immaculately clean lobby, and food that was fresh and delicious. A young lady went out of her way to help with an order and cups, greeting customers outside. However, one location is consistently disappointing, with hair in food, out of ingredients, and socially inept workers. An early morning breakfast visit included an employee placing cookies on the rack/display with bare hands while sweating, which was not very appealing.
