Was very busy at this location and only had maybe 3 or 4 workers total so we waited a while but the lady doing the milkshakes, which was all we got, worked he butt off to make shakes and take drive thru orders. I give her mad props. It’s clear from the reviews over the last month or so that the problem of the lack of staff is not getting better. I ordered in the app, pulled into a stall, checked in, waited 35 minutes (and pushed the red button 3 times over that time) to finally be told “drive thru only”. I would have been ok hearing it the 1st time, but it took 35 minutes for anyone to tell me. If I had not already paid I would have just left. The poor lady was working the entire place by herself. I've been to this sonic three times. This is the only time I've been able to actually get something off the menu. The first time "the milkshake machine wasn't working", the second time they were cash only.
