“This morning my son and I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Shela. She confirmed our mobile order through the drive thru. She greeted us with the most friendly smile , kind and soft voice. She began to speak to me from the Lord! She prayed for me . I thought to myself this woman is right on with her words. I knew it had to be God using her to speak to me. She was emotional and so was I. I thanked her for being a vessel for the Lord. This location will be my favorite location from this day forward. Ms. Shela is Heaven sent. I pray this message is shared with her. Thank you Ms. Shela for your 20years of service at this location. It is evident that you are in it for the people and to serve .Continue to do God’s work! “I pulled up to this Chick-fil-A location five minutes before it closed after leaving the hospital this evening. I’m not from here and I selected the Chick-fil-A closest to the hospital because I passed one on my way. The address said 23rd which was the street I was on. Come to find out I was at the wrong location. The staff were so kind and went above and beyond. Three minutes to close they fixed my order for me and helped me cancel the order that I sent to the wrong location. They truly took care of me even though it was my mistake. Kindness will never go unnoticed and will never be unappreciated. It is people like this who set their business apart from others. If I’m ever in Panama City, I will go out of my way to drive to this Chick-fil-A location because of these wonderful people. You all deserve an award for going the extra mile, with a smile!!
