The New Philly steak and cheese sub is out of this world 🌍
One pizza was great. One pizza had very little toppings. Worthless.
Food is okay, placed an online order 30 minutes in advance but it took 50 min. Total. They made the pizza and chicken wings well ahead of time but I had to ask about the order twice for them to realize they hadn't made the cheese sticks... By the time the cheese sticks were ready everything else was cold.

Papa Johns Pizza serves good pizza, but some customers had issues with the cut and sauce-to-cheese ratio. Prices are considered high, and there were problems with phone orders being misunderstood by a call center. Ordering in person seemed to solve this issue. The food is amazing and fast, and the GM Natalie is professional and polite. While the pizza tastes good, some had to reheat it when it arrived undercooked, and the boneless garlic parmesan wings were disappointing. The papa veggie bowl was delicious but had issues with sauce spilling due to poor delivery handling. Some delivery experiences were rude and impatient, leaving customers frustrated. Despite this, many enjoy the hot and tasty food.
