I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12 PC family meal and when I got home I only received 11pc of chicken. I called and asked for a manager today, Wednesday June 15, 2022, at 2:45p the young lady said she was the manager all while still taking an order . I asked her herr name so that I could properly address her and she refused to give her name and continued taking orders. Not only am I highly upset about not receiving what I ordered I am now upset at the customer service...read full review
