I'm a regular and this use to be my favorite subway to order at. However the last few times I've ordered pickup the ladies have handed me my food without saying a word to me. Happened last week and yesterday. It's strange, they use to be nice. Other customers noticed as well and stared. The lady who I assume is the manager is always friendly tho.
