You should always serve in restaurant customers first! They do online or call in orders leaving customers lined up in long lines while doing call in orders. You shouldn't let a line form inside the restaurant it's bad service and can cause customers to get angry or disrespectful to employees and others inside. Nice lunch pocket not real busy before the lunch crowd
Older woman was rude as hell the younger lady was still sweet and helpful almost looked nervous

Subway provides excellent customer service, with some staff members standing out for their impeccable work. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with fair pricing for generous portions. While some employees may lack respect and communication skills, the service is generally great. Be aware that menu items may not always be available, but wheelchair accessibility is a plus.
