Gerbaud Bakery

I ran across this booth at the Aventura Mall, and I'm so glad that I did! First, unlike other food & beverage places in the mall this one was well staffed! There were 4 or 5 friendly people working there. We sampled the juices and they were outstanding, homemade! I got a mango & my husband got a passion fruit. I stop by their booth every year at the Fairchild Mango Festival. They have really great fresh fruit juices and I generally try at least two varieties, this year the mango/blackberry was my favorite. They also have a wide variety of fresh baked pastries, I have no idea if they are the same varieties each year, there are too many to keep track of.
