“Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. What a special treat it was for all of us!“

Tuna, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots with wasabi cream dressing was one of my favorite combinations. The portion size is very satisfying. For the price, you cannot get a fresher, tastier poke bowl than this. In terms of the environment, this is a small store, but I really love the vibe and décor. “Stopped by to grab some to go , and saw the rating was high and now I know why. I have a thing with restaurants that will have specials posted on the wall or written on a board , it lets me know they're growing as restaurant and open to ideas or willing to try new things, and that is one of the first things you'll see when you walk in. They'll have them posted on the wall where you can see. They also have a lot of pictures on the wall to show you what they're menu items look like. I love that everything on the menu isn't over priced! Great for it's quality of the food and quantity. The atmosphere kind of takes me back to a NY/NJ Sushi spot and you just know that if it looked like this, the food was gonna be great. They served all the popular rolls and they do have rice dishes like katsu and they have takoyaki which is something we are always ordering. Overall ,The service was on point, they were quick and attentive all while answering phone calls for orders. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid sushi spot. 🤙“

“Had my first experience last night for dinner, with my father (89 years young who is now eating with me in many sushi restaurants). Dad thoroughly enjoyed the egg drop soup and chicken teriyaki with vegetable fried rice! I had a fab roll (name: Rene Roll) with tuna tartare! The restaurant is conveniently located at Powerline and Palmetto near LA fitness. Such a beautiful and very clean environment with music and the Manager, Albert, was very welcoming and accommodating to our dietary needs. We will definitely be going back, and I am happily sharing this review to encourage others to check it out. (I.e. the Rene Roll 😇). Thank You Albert!!“

“So our family (well kids to be specific) has always had a tradition of going out to Hibachi for birthdays. For years we were going to Saitos on Lyons and Glades then they closed down. Honestly was never my favorite, but tradition is tradition. So we moved on to Benihana’s. Well don’t be fooled by the name. Their food and particularly their service was waaay below PAR. Anyways getting to the point, we wanted to try a new spot and stumbled on Saiko-I. From the first few minutes after being seated we could already tell the dramatic difference. The service was on point. Drinks served immediately, appetizers and meals ordered shortly after. Then came the chef. He was fun, entertaining, funny and efficient. The food was probably the best hibachi I’ve had. None of the one item at a time nonsense you get at the other places. And they used much less of the butter and other garbage they throw in at other spots. At the end of our meal we complemented the GM and she went out of her way to make our business feel appreciated. The staff here was friendly, classy and fun, and the food was amazing. Found our new spot! No this is not a solicited review, I was just super impressed with this place. Shout out the server Hector, chef Javier and GM Ouray.“

Plus the JB Roll wasnt nearly half cream cheese. My sister loved her Crunchy Salmon Roll & Udon as well. With only a .2 mile distance to boot, I forsee this becoming our regular go to for sushi takeout in the area.“

“We recently visited Chopsticks Asian Cuisine, for their made-to-order all-you-can-eat lunch special at $18.95 per person, available until 2:30 PM, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The freshness of the food was outstanding, with every dish bursting with vibrant flavors. The service was incredibly quick and efficient, ensuring we never had to wait long for our next order.

We took full advantage of the all-you-can-eat option and sampled a great variety of their dishes, ranging from sushi to salads to noodles and soup—everything our stomachs could handle! While I wasn’t a fan of the Thai coconut chicken soup, my boyfriend absolutely loved it. Despite being a small place, it has a cozy and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The restaurant seems to be a hidden gem and a local hotspot, and now I understand why. The attention to detail, from the presentation of the dishes to the friendly demeanor of the staff, contributed to an overall delightful dining experience.
